Dear Julie,
My name is Sachin and I am an IT professional working in IT capital of India, Bangalore.
I have been using computer since last 9 years.
Last september, I developed RSI and google helped me to find dr deepak sharan where I am currently undergoing myotherapy which is basically trigger point therapy and myofascial release ; since last 4 months.
I did find relief but when I picked up my 10kg suitcase to travel a month ago, pain returned and still persists though intermittently which I believe is due to what you explained in your website, viz a rope knot getting tighter or the trigger points which were not treated at my docs clinic getting more knotty.I wish you had advertised your system on google so that I could have saved thousands of rupees which I have spent at dr deepak sharan's clinic.
I have few querries thats running in my mind regarding your treatment system. From what I have observed and felt, I have trigger points/spasms spread over my entire upper torso.
Spasms at pectoralis major and scalenes have been resolved and also those on forearms but I still experience pain sometimes.
I believe its because of active spasms present on pectoralis minor , armpit, shoulers, triceps and biceps and many more muscles , names of which I am not aware.the no of spasms are well over 50 over my upper torso. So I am apprehensive about treating myself as I am sure my already fatigued fingers/hands would only become more fatigued. Please advise.
Regards,
Sach

Hi Sach,

I wish you could have found the Julstro System sooner too, I'm doing the best I can with marketing but right now my primary form of marketing is word-of-mouth so I hope you'll help to spread the word on the internet.

You can very successfully self-treat, thousands of people have done it already and I'm sure you can do it too. Since you are in India I think you would benefit by ordering the Treat Yourself to Pain Free Living ebook so you can have it immediately. The Julstro System will take a little time to get to you, but it's worthwhile ordering it so you'll be able to self-treat and not have to go to a therapist anymore.

The book has the full set of trigger point charts so you'll be easily able to find the source of the pain you are experiencing, and then very clear pictures and descriptions of how to treat each spasm.

Keep in touch, I'll be happy to be working with you. I hope that one day I'll be able to come to India and teach many Julstro self-treatment workshops. It's a goal of mine and perhaps one day I'll have a sponsor who will make it possible.

Wishing you well,
Julie Donnelly

Hi Julie,
How you doin?
Could you tell me the approximate no of days required for me to get the julstro system if i order today?(fyi, I am based out of Bangalore,India)
And only julstro system is enough for me to get relief or should i also order your pain free living e book..?
and how am I supposed to treat upper back muscles like infraspinatus, supraspinatus, rhomboidus, etc?

Today I woke up with severe dull pain/weakness in my left hand.I suppose its because of sleeping on left side.I believe pectoralis minor is the culprit muscle. what's your opinion?
I have very bad trigger points in my pectoralis minor muscle. I have been massagin them since last 1 week but the pain in the trigger points doesn't seem to reduce much.how many days /no of massages the trigger points require to resolve?

My muscles tend to become sore after massaging them.Sometimes, I cant distinguish if the pain is due to the soreness or its the pain from trigger points..
Kindly provide some insight

Regards,
Sach

Hi Sach,

I think it would be good for you to get my ebook, Treat Yourself to Pain Free Living right away so you can start to do all of the treatments for your shoulders, neck, upper chest and upper back. You'll see how to treat them easily using a new tennis ball. You may want to consider adding a Backnobber II to your order. The Backnobber II will easily treat the top of your shoulders.

As for the length of time for the order, I would suspect it would be about a week or so. We ship international orders via UPS or FedEx. Your order goes out as soon as possible after we receive it. With the Julstro Tool that is included in the Julstro System, you'll have the ability to successfully treat your posterior neck, shoulders (although I really like the Backnobber II for this area), and your entire arm and hand.

I know you can do it Sach. Thousands of people have been able to do the self-treatments successfully, I believe you can do it too.

Wishing you well,
Julie

Hi Julie, :)
I thought of orderning self treatment kit but I just read that it is for CTS treatment whereas I am suffering from Thoracic Outlet Syndrome.
Will your kit help me in getting relief from TOS :?: as musles involved in CTS and TOS are different.( Scalenes and pectoralis minor, etc for TOS :!: )
Regards,
Sach :ugeek:

Hi Sach,

The website says Carpal Tunnel Treatment Center because this is the frequently used term for a long list of conditions. The Julstro System teaches you how to successfully treat your scalenes which are the cause of TOS, and pectoralis minor and biceps muscles, both of which will pull a bone down onto the median, ulnar and radial nerves immediately after they separate from the brachial plexus (bundle of nerves that form the thoracic outlet).

Wishing you well,
Julie

Hi,

You can submit articles to me via the contact us link on the website. I only take articles that are related to repetitive strain injuries, and I don't take articles that are selling a product.

Wishing you well,
Juie
